Ordering
Can I order without a distributor?
Yes. EU customers can order directly from this site. Non-EU customers should order through their local distributor (see /distributors) so import VAT and duties are handled correctly.
Which payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL (NL), Bancontact (BE), credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. SEPA bank transfer for B2B with a valid VAT number.
Can I pay in instalments?
Not directly. Some distributors offer financing — ask them.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Stock items: 5 working days inside the EU. Non-EU: through your distributor (timings vary).
Do you ship to my country?
We ship anywhere in the EU directly. For Switzerland, Norway, UK and further afield, our distributors handle local import.
What about customs and duties?
Inside the EU: included in the price. Outside: paid on import. Distributors handle this for you in their territory.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Lemmer, the Netherlands.
Assembly & first use
How long does first-time setup take?
About 30 minutes with the manual. By your third time: 10–12 minutes.
Do I need any tools?
No. Everything in the bags is hand-fitted or pump-inflated.
Is there a setup video?

Can I use my DinghyGo at sea?
Yes — within reasonable conditions. The Orcas are designed for inland and coastal waters in moderate conditions. We always recommend life jackets and a check of local marine forecasts.
Warranty & parts
How long is the warranty?
Two years inside the EU, one year worldwide, on manufacturing defects (tubes, seams, sail-kit (rig)).
How do I claim?
Email info@dinghygo.com with a photo and your order number. We respond within 24 h.
Do you sell spare parts?
Yes. Replacement tubes, sails, rudders, daggerboards, masts, oars, and full repair kits. Most ship within ten working days from Lemmer.
